The most efficient way to verify is with a biometric passport from any country. Other accepted documents include a UK photo driving licence, biometric residence permit (BRP), or Frontier Worker permit.
The initial biometric check usually takes only a few minutes to complete. Once submitted through our ACSP portal, official confirmation from Companies House is typically processed within 24 to 48 hours.
Once your identity is successfully verified, you will be issued a unique 11-character personal code. This code links your verified identity to your various company roles and must be used for future filings, such as confirmation statements.
